Barking Riverside will be a vibrant, sustainable community that will transform one of the largest brownfield sites in Europe. The new community will benefit from heath, shopping, community, education and leisure facilities all supported by new public transport links and all positioned along 2km of water frontage.

LTGDC’s investment has guaranteed the first phase of the development and is delivering 33 houses for private sale. Using innovative off site manufacturing techniques all units are highly sustainable and will provide a step change in the standard of new family homes to the area.
