Sugar House Lane and Three Mills Land Use and Design Brief
The LTGDC Board has approved the draft Sugar House Lane and Three Mills Land Use and Design Brief for consultation with local businesses and residents, landowners, developers and public sector agencies. The draft Brief is intended to provide clear guidance for new development in the area. It is expected to build upon the Mayor of London’s Lower Lea Valley Opportunity Area Planning Framework and inform the London Borough of Newham’s Local Development Framework. The draft Sugar House Lane and Three Mills Land Use and Design Brief was consulted on until the 21 January 2011.
The following consultation responses were received from public sector agencies, landowners and members of the public. The London Thames Gateway Development Corporation, in consultation with the Greater London Authority, London Borough of Newham and Design for London, will take these comments into account when considering any amendments to the draft Brief.
