SOLD – Unit 1 Wildspace Rainham

The first unit sale at LTGDC’s landmark Wildspace development business units at Lamson Rd, Rainham has completed this week.

The 10,620 sqft (987 m2) unit, the largest of the five units, has been sold to specialist food and catering suppliers RS Foods Ltd who are relocating from Barking and were seeking larger premises to meet their expansion plans.
